We both did the same thing Robin, with permission of course!!

My reason for the visit was to see the two mainline trains pass and most of the time was on the footbridge, but I could see there was a clear view of the locos without the dining set in the way. I left it as late as possible for the photos, hoping they would be in more sun, before heading back to the bridge for the Belle to pass by.

I started my video with a couple of stills of the 5 and 8F, but did include a video clip later on. The rest of the video is not relevant to this topic, but couldn't resist adding the 50s up the Lickey at the end.

The Belle went past while I was in the Coalyard, so I was a few minutes behind you. Some video filming was also taking place while I was there of the group that you can see having a ride in your video. The rest of your video is enjoyable as always - there's plenty going on even on a 'quiet Sunday'.

Great photos Robin

Cheers Tim.

A postscript - 48773 is now in the bay platform for a few days and was still open for footplate visits today. 45110 has returned to store.

OK its a shame I missed the event as I wont be able to see 45110.
